Our Story
With IT comes repairs and having been experienced technicians prior to founding, we knew that laptop and non-custom desktop parts were expensive and usually had long lead times – a bad combination when a customer runs their business from a laptop and the motherboard is 4-6 weeks away.
So one of our first moves was to establish relationships with overseas parts suppliers by importing and vetting a range of key parts internally – sounds simple, but (as anyone that’s ever had a bad screen replacement on their phone will know) a lot of so-called genuine, new or A+ quality parts are anything but.
Through this careful vetting we’ve since established trusted relationships with 50+ suppliers around the world and over 17 years have supplied thousands of parts to New Zealand customers, repair shops, businesses, schools as well as our own repair customers.
In 2026 we’re welcoming new customers and look forward to sharing our expertise, catalogue of 300,000+ parts, and enthusiastic service with you.
